Shipping policy

Our products are available exclusively online. We do not offer any in-store pickup. 

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time for my order?

Our estimated delivery time (EDT) is calculated based on a simple formula:

estimated fulfillment time + estimated shipping time = estimated delivery time.

ESTIMATED FULFILLMENT TIME:

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed and fulfilled within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:

The shipping time is estimated based on historical shipping data for deliveries to your location.

  • Domestic (USA/Canada): 3-4 business days (standard shipping).
  • International (Worldwide): 5-20 business days, depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.
  • Express options: 1-3 business days, available for faster delivery.

Please note that not all orders or territories are eligible for Express shipping. At checkout, you will only see the available shipping options for your particular area.

Please keep in mind that the EDT is just an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery time. Some factors that could cause delays beyond the estimated timeframe include:

  • Issues with print or embroidery files
  • Products being temporarily out of stock
  • Shipping-related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or severe weather conditions

We strive to meet our delivery estimates with every order. However, if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 5 business days. After that, feel free to contact us via store@lingokids.com, and we’ll investigate the situation for you.


Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, except to the following countries, because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

  • Ecuador
  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Jun 2, 2023):

  • Afghanistan
  • Bhutan
  • Brunei
  • Laos
  • Myanmar
  • South Sudan
  • Sudan
  • Timor-Leste
  • Turkmenistan
  • Yemen

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Monkimun Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at store@lingokids.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.
